The Paul Chen Cas Hanwei Miniature Swords feature fully tempered forged high-carbon spring steel blades and correctly detailed hilts. These premium miniature swords are no mere cast metal letter openers but are exact scaled replicas of real swords. Each miniature sword comes with an attractive wood and metal display stand with an engraved metal placard identifying the sword type, origin and approximate period of use. Each miniature sword is packaged in a clam shell presentation box and handsome black and gold sleeve, making an exceptional gift.
The Paul Chen Cas Hanwei Viking Saxon Miniature Sword features a hilt that is a replica reproduction of the 9th century Gilling sword that was discovered in 1975 in the River Swale at Gilling West, the original of which is on display in the Yorkshire museum in England.
