The Paul Chen Cas Hanwei line of premium miniature swords are historically accurate authentic replicas in every way possible to several of the full-sized Paul Chen Cas Hanwei historical swords that are found in museum collections. The Paul Chen Cas Hanwei Miniature Swords feature fully tempered forged high-carbon spring steel blades and correctly detailed hilts. These premium miniature swords are no mere cast metal letter openers but are exact scaled replicas of real swords. Each miniature sword comes with an attractive wood and metal display stand with an engraved metal placard identifying the sword type, origin and approximate period of use. Each miniature sword is packaged in a clam shell presentation box and handsome black and gold sleeve, making an exceptional gift.
The Paul Chen Cas Hanwei Qing Miniature Sword is a miniature replica reproduction of an 18th century Qing (Ching) Dynasty Taiji sword. The last of the Chinese Imperial Dynasties, the Qing Dynasty was overthrown by rebellion in 1911. The pommel of the Paul Chen Cas Hanwei Ching Miniature Sword features a flying bat design, which in Chinese ideology symbolizes luck.
