Blade Etch: "U.S.M.A." ; acid-etch is so deep one can feel it with a fingernail

Guard Material: Solid brass casting, hand-polished guard, lacquered with the Westpoint logo

Grip Material: Nickel-silver alloy, antique silver-plated ; lacquered
