Official model delivered to the US AIR FORCE ACADEMY under Government Contract.

Blade Material: Forged stainless steel blade; hardened to ca. 48-52 ° HRC Rockwell, then well-tempered and hand-polished;
Blade Etch: "U.S. Air Force Academy" ; acid-etch is so deep one can feel it with a fingernail
Guard Material: Solid brass casting with Air Force logo. Antique silver-plated, lacquered, hand-polished
Grip Material: Nickel-silver alloy, antique silver-plated ; lacquered
Scabbard: Nickel-plated, hand-polished steel tube with antique silver-plated fittings; lacquered
